  I had an outstanding experience at this Enterprise location, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Marvin. He is hands down the best rental representative I’ve ever worked with — and I’ve rented many vehicles over the years from both Enterprise and Avis. I originally switched to Avis because my past visits to Enterprise weren’t always the best. But due to a vehicle shortage and needing a truck this time, I decided to give Enterprise another chance — and I’m so glad I did. Marvin completely changed my perception of the company. He was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive from start to finish. What impressed me even more was watching him treat every customer with the same level of care. He truly goes above and beyond, and employees like him are rare. Enterprise should absolutely value and appreciate him. If Marvin helped me every time, I’d choose this location without hesitation. Highly recommend, and huge thanks to Marvin for making this experience exceptional!

  Marvin is simply great to work with. He answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I also got to rent a brand new van which was an added bonus. I'll definitely consider using the Tyler branch again if I need to rent a van.
