For $13 for a basic wash I should not be seeing a ton of dirt, grime and bird droppings still clinging to every square inch of my car. I was worried when I realized that the wash itself was over in roughly 30 seconds. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

The rear parking sensor for my truck is now messed up also. I’ve been to many of these types of carwash but first (and last) time at zips.

My car was rattling and he was kind enough to take a second to look at my car and was able to tell me what was wrong. Additionally, the wash didn’t get all of the soap off, so they made sure to make it right and let me go through a second time. This demonstrates great customer service and I appreciate the time staff took to complete a thorough service.
