Not sure what her name was, but an Elderly woman with blonde hair wearing glasses working on Tuesday around 3pm on 11-18 Approached me directly after I purchased a car wash. She saw me dump two small blue trags bags no bigger than a plastic grocery sack into the red trash bins in the car vacum area. She then advised me to not throw away any more smaller trash bags into the red bins, and told me I needed to throw any more to get gloves and empty my smaller trash bags Into the business dumpster myself. All because it made it more difficult to dump the bins? My car trash is mostly empty plastic bottles, maybe some reciets, and a few energy drinks or pop cans that doesnt Add even 3 lbs to the trash bin... Won't be coming back to this location, because of this please dont tell me im making your job harder when its what your supposed to be doing amd tell me to do part of your job after I paid for a service.

- CWChris WilliamsonOct 21, 20251.0Zips car wash is by far the worst automated car was that I have ever gone to. 9 times out of 10 you have to wait for them to fix the rail system that drags your vehicle thru their outdated car wash. It never gets your car as clean as many of the other car washes in town, and as far as drying you better hope it's hot outside and you can get on the highway to get it dry. Unfortunately I had paid for a whole year after being told that Zips was a good car wash at a good price. After the first couple of very disappointing experiences I tried to cancel the membership and get a refund, but I was informed by their rude customer service that I could not cancel the membership or get a refund. I will be great full when this membership is over so I can start going back to TOMMY'S CAR WASH where the vehicles actually get clean and the customer service is so much better. It costs a little more but it is definitely worth it.
