Quentin is amazing does a great job really cares about his job and making peoples days better goes above and beyond to help i needed something tightened and again just helped without charging! ashton has great customer service was really helpful there mechanics are great derick does good work especially checking fluids before you leave even though its a added free service they make sure its all done and right before you leave its great here!! They even always have coupons online for a discount!

As they got it finish they made me switch lanes with another car behind a different vehicle in the bay they had not started yet. Clowns; yelling around, running around. I drove down the street to Jiffy Lube, in and out in 15 minutes Jiffy Lube was cheaper.

Let me say first off well done Valvoline for being lucky enough to have a young gentleman named Quinton apart of your corporation. This young man was an absolute perfect ambassador for your company. Answered any question I had and did a remarkable job as far as Customer Service goes. This young man will definitely be in upper management someday, as I feel the only reason he is not is because of his age. I will be back regularly to deal with this young man at this location that I went to in Wichita, Kansas. Valvoline hit one of the few jackpots that you can hit in these industries these days with this young man. I just can’t say enough good things about this remarkable young man and how thorough he was with his job. The team that he has put together there at this location in Wichita, Kansas is as good as it gets. I have numerous vehicles and I’ve had oil changes at a lot of places in my lifetime but this one has won my loyalty hands down. So I want to say thank you Valvoline for finding this young man and if not already this young man should be being looked at for upper management. I assure you of this. Thank you Quinton and the rest of his team, Specifically, Ashton.
