I was the only vehicle in the bay and they still failed to top off my fluids , put air in my tires , reset my oil life notification , etc. I’ve always used premium oil in my vehicle , but these guys wouldn’t even advise what they were using or what I was paying for . Typically I will take my vehicle to the dealer to ensure my vehicle is getting the full inspection & service , but came here as I was in a time crunch before a road trip . They were about 10-15min faster than the dealer but were more than $30 higher in price . I also noticed a large puddle of oil under my vehicle the next day and engine bay smoke , that was caused by them spilling oil all over my engine bay and poorly cleaning it up . For price comparison ; the dealer charges $110.13 for an oil change and other services , while Valvoline charges $142.93 just for an oil change and spilling oil all over your engine . I asked them why they were so much higher than everyone else and they stated “ because we’re faster than everyone else “ . I will definitely take by business somewhere else
