  Special shoutout and thank you to the team that was working 30 Dec 2025!!! I called looking in looking for assistance with finding a truck topper of any sort to fit my truck. I was super stressed out already after dealing with a few crazy events and Evan J, answered the phone with the BEST customer service skills that anyone could ask for when they’re already stressed out. But, he didn’t stop there, he emailed me a few examples of what they had that might work for me and also followed up with a call to see if I needed anything. Eventually, I ended up going by the shop to see the topper they had but weren’t sure if it would fit. They went out of the way to try the topper on which we were all uncertain about fitting because it wasn’t for my specific trim and guess what!?!? It fit! They 100% saved the day and took good care of me. They didn’t even have to take the topper and try it on, they could’ve just said hey that’s not for your truck and have a good day. The entire team from the time I walked in was great! Overall, amazing shop with Customer Service Reps that will go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you from so much! ~M & K

  Extended delivery delays, poor attitude fixing problems, repeated warranty work for poor product fitting and or installation. Real post. More info. 8/25/25 ordered topper,,employee told me usually 6 wk delivery but tells customers 8 to be sure. I told him fine that gives me time for getting it for my trip. 9/20/25 I called, employee said no word on topper. I asked him to check with factory and see where it would be in que. Replied he has no contact info for factory. 10/25/25 I called and asked for owner. Was told owner not available. He would help me. I asked for a refund since they were way past delivery time agreed on. He started telling me refund not possible. While he was talking to me, a woman was yelling at me over him about 20% restocking and company policy my receipt stated. That policy is well stated, however placed on the back out of view. It should be on the front readily seen by customers. 10/30/25 finally installed after going into the 13th week. 12/2/25 brought it back for warranty work. I had driven 150 miles of my trip and it shifted loose and back door wouldn't lock. The deluxe light kit was only held by two brackets, one failed and the light was hanging by its wires. 12/2/25 returned again, the right side shifted loose again. They said that is the best they could do, and they were sorry if it still leaks. Last, but not least they washed my truck, which it didn't need. The wash job wasn't dried off and left water spots so bad l will have to take it in and have the truck buffed and waxed again. That should be good enough to show this is a real post.
