Attendant at the window was pleasant and friendly. He did not push me too hard for the monthly subscription. I got the Works ($25 + tax). I get back to work and had to put my side view mirror back in its place and noticed dirty water spots all over my SUV along with other spots that were missed. So after work I went back and was allowed to go back through for the Works again. The 2nd attendant I met with was polite. This time I pulled in to the vacuums and situated my side mirror again and noticed that the quality of the 2nd wash wasn't good either. I used the vacuums and was impressed. It got the hair out and all the sand and grass from our recent camping trip. I can't see myself going back to use Tommy's. I expected higher quality.
