I contacted the Wichita Division Office, and spoke with a customer service representative who was able to review my transactions, and resolved my issue. I wish now I could remember her name so that I could praise her for such a great experience.

I go in there to buy some snacks, get gas and they always have to bully me while I'm at the counter ready to pay... Getting real tired of it and my patience grows thin. I filed a complaint 3 months ago and gave them the description of the guy who always harassed me while he checked out my items. NOTHING was done. Is that who you hire Quik Trip? Prejudice bullies? Expected more from a well known gas station with quality snack, foods, and beverages. Disappointed! That's why now I go to JUMPSTART Gas station were I'm not harassed or treated like dirt.
