  I’ll start by stating that I LOVE QuickTrip, like seriously LOVE QT, and not that that should matter as to how I’m treated, but I genuinely get breakfast there 5/6 times a week, and I’m there for all kinds of other things multiple times a month as well. So I am a LOYAL customer and this review is for this specific store not QT in general! This is the SECOND time in a week that I’ve been to this one on Broadway and been COMPLETELY ignored at the kitchen pick up area (which is in full view of essentially the entire clerk area unlike some QT’s) Last week the guy finally noticed me and rushed over and also apologized, so I wrote it off as a one time thing. This time, today, there was a clerk at the register AND a manager of some sorts at the lotto tickets doing paperwork not 5 feet away from me…. so he either has no peripheral vision or just didn’t care… Then to make it worse the employee who I soon found out was the kitchen worker of the day was cleaning the roller grill glass and had a FULL view of me standing there, we made eye contact even but she just went on with what she was doing like I wasn’t standing right under the pick up order sign… I finally said excuse me and got the cash clerks attention, she ambled slowly towards the kitchen seeming bored and irritated and then hollered over to the girl cleaning the roller guards to ask her if my order was in the warmer, (hence how I found out that she had been the one to make my order and still ignored me at the pick up area) She then just as bored and irritated seeming snatched my bag and thrust it at me….no thank you, no smile, and especially no apology for the fact I’d been sitting there ignored for 5 minutes. She had the ability to smile because while she was ignoring me and in between customers (which there were NOT many of might I add) she was smiling and laughing with the employee who was going the paperwork, but a smile for a customer seemed outside her wheelhouse. I usually go to Seneca and Douglas, it’s closer to my house and the employees there are AMAZING! The super tall guy and the long haired gentleman with glasses, they treat EVERY person who enters like family and if the kitchen employee happens to be away they come from the register and grab my order! Also the girls who are usually working the kitchen are beyond sweet as well even when they’re SUPER busy (which this store again was NOT) they still manage a smile to each customer they interact with. I hope that this review actually gets in front of someone who cares because again, I know I am NOT the only one who holds QT in such high regard and expect more from them. I’ve never ever felt like second rate at a QuickTrip so that is why today and last weeks experiences are bothering me so much! I expect so much better from QT and with good reason, they have a much higher standard of cleanliness and a welcoming store over your average gas station. I don’t even really consider QT just a “gas station” but someone needs to retrain the employees here in what QT is and should be. I won’t be back to this one, I’d rather drive to Douglas and Washington if I’m downtown and I’ll stick with my friends at Seneca and Douglas for certain for kitchen food from now on!!
