- TAThomas AustinSep 12, 20251.0Had a price dispute about coffee and although the night shift is very polite the day shift is lacking in customer service skills. Rude, dismissive and patronizing. I simply brought up what I thought the price was for a coffee and was dismissed, ignored and spoke to the manager who then patronozed me about misreading the sign. I will NEVER shop at QT again. I'm a trucker so fuel will be purchased at your diesel locations elsewhere. First your coffee prices are insane. Your competitors charge 43% less. And after being patronozed by the staff here I will buy my 50,000 gallons of fuel a year somewhere else.
- STSarah TaheerAug 26, 20251.0Whoever the dude was working tonight on front counter needs a customer courtesy check. I come into this QT AT LEAST 4 or 5 times a day. I was doing my routine nightly water refills and also got a couple pops that were new cups. I told him the waters were refills and the pops were new and VERY rudly he said "you need to show me your cups when you come in, I didn't even see you come in so I'm just supposed to believe you?" I was in complete shock. Maybe if he wasn't leaning over on the counter talking away with the other co-workers he would have seen me come in with them! Please do your loyal paying customers a favor and get that dude off front counter!
