I may have had your truck longer than I expected to, but I paid you all your $. All $6500. Right when I was finally able to bring you the truck. Right then and there. I stayed in constant contact with you, and sent real-time photos you requested. It's not easy traveling with a special needs child from Ventura, CA to Wichita, KS. I even gave you a great review for your Hoover Rd. location, thanking you for your patience. Now you want me to write you a letter to find out why you won't rent to me? I don't have time for that. I just went with U-Haul.
