    My rating has nothing to do with the location. This is all on Penske. I have no idea why, but I'm on some kind of system that doesn't allow you to rent to me. I may have had your truck longer than I expected to, but I paid you all your $. All $6500. Right when I was finally able to bring you the truck. Right then and there. I stayed in constant contact with you, and sent real-time photos you requested. It's not easy traveling with a special needs child from Ventura, CA to Wichita, KS. I even gave you a great review for your Hoover Rd. location, thanking you for your patience. Now you want me to write you a letter to find out why you won't rent to me? I don't have time for that. I just went with U-Haul.

    After browsing many truck rentals, I found this as the best solution for my moving needs. They have so many locations all throughout the town so you can make sure you grab the truck from the closest location to your house to save some mileage. I got the 16 footer for about 30 bucks per day. The lady was very straightforward and provided me with all the info I needed.
