  Picking it up was fine very friendly very helpfull the price was a bit expensive since the window between the cargo truck and the cab where I sat to drive leaked water all down my back and the drop off office in witchita was so unfriendly unhelpful and the staff were rude and unhelpful not a welcoming place no refund for the water in the cab going down my back had to tell them to check the truck in while I was there so no charges would be added after I left the customer service person at the desk were inconsiderate and I'll never recommend this company to anyone go to U Haul next time

  Awesome Penske location with some great hands working in the garage. Called Penske 24/7 with an abs light on trailer and told them I’d been there at 11:15pm and when I arrived a couple guys from the shop came right out and started diagnosing the issue even though the shopped closed in 45mins. Although they didn’t find anything they already eliminated some causes for the abs light for the day shift crew so I parked outside their gate till morning. At 7:30am I had two more hands back working on the issue. Found they problem and had me back up and running by noon. Even discovered an electrical short in some lights once done with the issue and mechanic quickly sought out the issue and got it repaired. Very small facility, tightly packed with trucks and trailers but some awesome mechanics working there who throughly troubleshoot and find the cause to an issue. Only reason for taking away one star is it would be nice to see them pressure wash outside the bays and get rid of some of the grease and oil around the outside of the bays so it wouldn’t been all over your carpet if you walked outside your truck. Thanks Penske Wichita.
