She was very helpful and got me a car after having waited 2 hours at Enterprise. ****Highly**** recommend you have reservations at least 3 days in advance due to the limited number of cars at the airport. As you can reserve late but they do not tell you upon making those reservations online that no cars are likely available unless you reserve well in advance for them to get them there. ***#2 FYI: ***If you have a debit vs a credit card they too hold an extra $500.00 which left me with no spending money until the car was returned and further cleared after 2 more days. Thank you to the female clerk whom assisted me at Avis and also let me use her charger for my items at the Avis counter. You went above and beyond in helping me in a time of stress having my 2 grand children after a flight and expecting Enterprise car rental to have the car we reserved online but not knowing there were none available. The online services need to tell you this to avoid the mess we endured while traveling in an already stressful emergent situation. ðŸ˜

I was fortunate to find another car at Hertz after visiting a few other car rental spots - sometime they could have done. I've reached out to national twice to better understand this because I can't be in this position. But have not received a call back.
