- BPBob PFeb 16, 20262.0I brought my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube located at Harry & Rock in Wichita about 5 weeks ago for a routine oil change. Prior to this visit, my vehicle had been sitting in the same spot in my driveway for at least a month with absolutely no leaks or wet spots underneath it. During my visit, a technician told me I had both a radiator leak and a transmission leak. This immediately raised concerns, as I had never experienced either issue before bringing my vehicle in. Shortly after the service, I developed a substantial radiator leak. I had the radiator replaced, and the mechanic showed me a hole in the radiator approximately the size of a screwdriver. I was also concerned about the reported transmission leak. After inspecting underneath the vehicle myself and cleaning off years of dirt and buildup, I located the area of concern and brought it to a reputable transmission repair shop for evaluation. I was later informed that there was nothing wrong with my transmission, but they did find loose hardware on the transmission pan. When I later spoke with the owner regarding these concerns, there was no apology or offer to re-inspect the vehicle. Instead, the focus of the conversation appeared to be on my reaction and the possibility of me posting a review. Due to these safety concerns and the lack of professionalism in handling the situation, I have lost confidence in the service provided and will not be returning.
