- SBSpencer BalintOct 7, 20251.0I had my truck repaired by Gerber a couple years ago and noticed some cosmetic paint & clear issues. So I reached out to them and their “district manager” came out to inspect the truck. He admitted that there was quality problems with their paint repair and that they would absolutely take care of me and my vehicle. But because I didn’t want to have the truck repaired at their facility his tone quickly changed and then deflected the blame to another repair facility and stopped communicating with me. So it became a ping pong game between my body shop that I chosen, Gerber and the insurance company. How is admitting guilt then pawning the blame to another business taking care of your customers? 0/10 recommendation for this company!
