  Lack of knowledge on the tear down on vehicle cost me and extra $500, damaged parts that could have easily been avoided if they understood the build of a car.

  A place I could trust to have my Jeep fixed from hail damage. Personnel have worked there a long time and know what they're doing.

  My brand new 2017 Explorer was sideswiped with less than 400 miles on the odometer. I took it to Autocraft on Ridge Rd, and the staff treated me like I was their best and only customer. Darren, the paintless dent repair specialist, worked on it for 2 days, and you absolutely cannot find where the car was damaged. He did an OUTSTANDING job. And the cost was less than half of what I was originally expecting. I will never go anywhere else.

  You know as I sit here and review a lot of the negativity that people have said it seems to me those people were obviously having bad days. To be quite honest with you Their team isnt just a team their a "FAMILY". They treat people with the best kindness, and make sure their comfortable leaving their vehicles there to be completed. I hit a deer almost 3 years ago and my son took my vehicle there. I can honestly say they fixed everything, they were even kind enough to ask if I wanted my vehicle vacuumed out. If I ever wrecked my vehicle again or just needed any body work done Their number 1 in my books. No matter if im 4 hours away! So please if they didn't please you in the way you think they should have please let them know. Im sure they will be able to accommodate you.
