  We brought our vehicle to the Gerber Collision & Glass W. Kellogg location after an incident. The check in process was easy. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We got a diagnosis and estimate on the spot. After they answered all our questions, they set us up with an appointment to fix the damage. The appointment was the soonest we could get, compared to other collision centers in the area. We were able to drop the vehicle in the night before which was convenient, and the work was completed within 24 hours. The total cost was even less than quoted, because they were able to fix instead of replacing some parts (thanks for looking out!). They kept us updated during the process until the vehicle was ready for pick up. The pick-up process was quick, and the vehicle looked as if the accident never happened! Finally, the work was warrantied for as long as we own the vehicle. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the work performed was very satisfactory! I recommend this business at the 10760 W Kellogg location.

  I do not recommend this place at all. I took my car up there after a bad hail storm to get the dents pulled out. It was supposed to come back better than it did before. Instead, I was handed back a car covered in scratches, a broken windshield, and messed up paint. I had to take it back up there to get it all re-fixed, which took several weeks. They charged me for things they didn’t do on top of it all. I would give it zero stars if I could. The insurance company I use is refusing to use them now after what they did to me, and that says enough.

  Called on phone to set up appointment to look at hail damage repairs. Left work early for scheduled appointment. Arrived and shop said they would not look at my truck since insurance adjuster had since been to my home to look at truck. Eric came out of his office and argued with me about "their process". Then stated that they wouldn't fix my truck. Don't take your vehicle to this place.... Zero customer service skills. Thanks Eric

  Nicest people to deal with and very courteous, were very helpful with estimates and insurance, did a nice job work was done in a quick manner, would highly recommend or use again if needed😊
