Garrett Slater (Branch Rental Manager) and Christina Freeman (Assistant Branch Manager) are truly outstanding professionals who go above and beyond for their customers. From the moment I reached out, both Garrett and Christina stayed in constant contact via phone and email whenever I needed them. They made themselves completely available, patiently answering every single insurance question I had—or quickly finding the answers when needed. They worked efficiently to get me into the perfect vehicle that fit my exact needs, and they did it all in a timely and stress-free manner. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a potentially difficult situation incredibly smooth. - JFJohn FrancisNov 5, 20252.0Friendly crew, but the ride was painful. The seats were torture and everything about the Malibu was bass ackwards. Have to reach through the stick shift to get to anything. The speedometer was blocked by the steering wheel which appeared to be off center with the driver’s seat. There was also tiny little digital display for the speed limit, but it was so low you’d have to divert your eyes from the road. The large control center touchscreen couldn’t be shut off or dimmed, leaving a huge beacon in the center of the console for a few hundred miles of highway driving. The auto stop/start feature is the dumbest automobile “technology”I’ve ever experienced. Prematurely wear out your batteries, your starter and probably rear end somebody, if not run over a few people at crosswalks. I went to fill up the fuel tank before returning it. Of course, it’s on the wrong side and there’s no button for the gas cap. Had to use Google to find out how to add gas to the thing. I don’t know about enterprise, but I will never drive a Malibu again. We’re lucky we can still walk.
