  My experience at the Wichita airport pick up location was excellent. Very smooth and I loved the car. However, my experience at the Saint Ann (St. Louis) location where I returned the vehicle was anything but smooth. The branch manager, Brad, was closing out my ticket at the St. Ann location and all but accused me of somehow causing hail damage to the top of the vehicle. There were three very small dings. Not to mention, I had only had the car for one night, and there was no hail in the region whatsoever. He explained to me that he had to report it because otherwise he would be held responsible for the damage and that it was my responsibility because the previous branch had not reported the damage. After a lot of arguing, he wrote it up (also, I had damage waiver coverage). The next day I got a call from the Wichita branch manager, Blaine, and he informed me that the damage had already in fact been reported. I do not recommend using the St. Ann location. The branch manager seem to be trying to flex his muscles and certainly did not uphold Enterprise principles. I’ve always had a good experience at Enterprise, but this branch location at Saint Ann, MO was terrible.

  Rented a car from Enterprise on Christmas day from the Wichita Airport location. Enterprise had the best situation compared to the other rental companies. They had 2 trucks available and I chose the Dodge Ram 1500. It wss very nice and clean. I turned it in with the new branch manager, Austin. He was very helpful and provided great service. Also the black girl at the front desk was cool and very patient with me. Apologies, I can't remember her name.☺️

  I guess it's alright but a bit disorganized. When you pick the car up it sends a text that invites you to text the office directly. But you text it and they never reply. I wanted to return the car two days early and the person on the phone (whose English and connection weren't great) said it would cost me $50 extra to return it early. And if you call the airport location directly it tells you they are closed even though they are open 24/7. You have to call the 844 number to talk to a person.

  There is no mention of a deposit equal to 5x the rental rate anywhere in the paperwork when you reserve the car. They only tell you when you get to the register to pick it up.

  5 stars cause it’s Enterprise. However the running of three companies through one service desk was very inconvenient when I used precheck through the app and have to wait on people who didn’t even have an account Car was dirty as well as many others were
