  My experience with Enterprise the West Wichita Enterprise off of 21st and maize was excellent top notch service professional clean quick and efficient and just a really good experience clean cars made it very seamless and easy I recommend it to anyone in need of a rental

  Enterprise customer service was excellent. They made it easy and convenient. I will definitely choose Enterprise when I need rental again. Prices were reasonable as well.

  Corporations love rules. Schedules. Details. Because those lend to consistency and predictable outcomes. Life, however, does not always run on a schedule. When my car, and my wife's car were both totaled due to hail, we had to scramble to find new vehicles! I thought I had a winner in Lincoln Nebraska. (Spoiler: it wasn't a winner.) But to find out, I had to find a way to get there, and be able to jump in the new car and drive back without worrying about a second vehicle being left behind. Sadly, as I lack a chauffeur or private plane, I turned to Enterprise for help. "I need a car, please." "No problem, sir, we have cars! When will you need one?" "Can I get it today?" "You bet." ... I knew all too well that the recent hailstorm had wrecked many thousands of cars, and was sure I'd have a long wait. NOPE. So that was surprise number one. At every step, Enterprise could have made my life difficult. Frankly, it's almost what we've come to expect as consumers. Instead, you worked around MY schedule. You made it easy. I got there early for pickup. I drove there intending to drop it off in Nebraska, but ended up just driving it back instead. I didn't need two days, and only used one. Every step of the way, Enterprise people just made it easy, and never huffed or treated me like I was an inconvenience. So to each person that I interacted with - both on the phone and in person - I would just like to say thank you. You acted like real human beings, not cogs in a moneymaking machine. And yes, it cost me to rent a car - but the simplicity and convenience of it all are hard to overstate. Even if my car-buying road trip was a fiasco, at least I had a clean, reliable car to get me there and back. I'd better mention - I am not an Enterprise employee. I wasn't paid to say any of this. I'm just a guy who doesn't often have a lot of money, used to getting abused by corporations and beat-down employees beyond caring. I wanted to make sure that other people know this was a cut above. And prices were fair! I'll never rent anywhere else if I have a choice. Well done, Enterprise.
