We wanted the xl (suburban sized to fit 6 adults stuck in metropolitan traffic) what we got was the step down Tahoe size so those work acquaintance got to sit a little closer stuck in metro traffic. Got a discount on the origonal quote and refund. The staff is friendly the cars well maintained and clean.
