I had the car September 22nd through the 26th. I returned it to Gerber Collision, per Enterprise instructions and happily drove off in my fixed car. I even saw the car i rented back on the lot later THAT VERY EVENING. Imagine my surprise when i woke up Saturday (Oct 4) to find my bank account short $300. I call Enterprise customer service and she says "Don't you still have possession of the car? Because the rental agreement is still open" Yesterday, ( Oct 6th) I contacted the office and spoke with the manager, who was admittedly willing to fix the issue fairly quickly and apologized saying " I'm so sorry, it somehow just slipped through the cracks" Ridiculous, but okay. Shit happens. THIS MAN CALLED ME TWICE LAST WEEK (10/2 and 10/3) talking about balances owed and and threatening to escalate to our "At risk department" but not once checking their own paperwork?! I'm insanely furious and would walk to another state for ever using Enterprise again.
