- ASAshley SpellmanJan 21, 20261.0***SAFETY ISSUE*** PLEASE READ I’m horrified that I even have to write this. DO NOT RENT CARS HERE!!! SAFETY ISSUE. They gave me a car that once I started driving it, realized the brakes were slipping as if the rotors were warped. I called and told them to switch me out. I did another 30 min roundtrip to take it back and get another one. I was told the rental would be compensated for the UNSAFE car they didn’t test drive. Brandon admitted to me that they had screwed up and NOT test drove the car when it came back, but when they did after me bringing it back, he stated it definitely had problems and had to go to the shop. Since then, they have comped me almost $70 less than what they owed me, then the pending refund dropped off so I got $0 back INCLUDING THE MANDATORY $500 DEPOSIT. Theft, safety concerns, incredible lack of customer care or service. THEY STILL REFUSE TO RELEASE THE MONEY THEY OWE ME. Unless you want to have to potentially put your life at risk or go to court for your money, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
