- JDJordan DavisAug 5, 20255.0I purchased a MINI Cooper Countryman here. This was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Baron Lynch was my original salesman who was very helpful and kind in person and through emails, provided me with videos of car considering I live in KC area (3 hours from Wichita) so I was hesitant to drive over at first. Baron was out of town however when I first decided to drive over to test drive the MINI, so Gunner pretty much took over. However, Gunner was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered in person, by phone, etc. At first I was hesitant to buy the car, but I thought about it for a few hours after and then returned to the shop. There was no pressure from any of them to get me to buy the car, like I've had at some other dealerships. Also, it made the dealership feel like home as I waited for them to finish preparing the paperwork after I came back and agreed to purchase the MINI. Baron, Gunner and the rest of Eddy's Volvo team made the entire experience fantastic! This whole process was done in about an hour and I was impressed! Also, bonus, they filled my tank (which I didn't expect)! Highly recommend this place!
