  I was treated so badly from start to finish And the worst part it’s from the store manager AMY. I have never been mistreated so nasty and badly. I went into get a battery. I wanted more options than she offered me. I wanted an off brand battery so Instead of helping me I had to show myself on how and where to get this battery. She was clearly upset with me wanting more options than what she had given me. Then after this process 5min I was thirsty checking out. I went to go get a soda and as I was bringing it up to pay along with my $140 battery I took a drink and she yells don’t you dare open that up without paying for it first that’s stealing! I said ma’am I’m clearly paying for it along with my battery… She comes over rips the drink out of my hand and then kicks me out. Is this even legal.? I was treated like a thief and a bad customer for absolutely nothing! If I could do more than a BAD review I would but there is nothing. Don’t go to this autozone . There are plenty more stores around. Amy is a terrible manager with bad customer service skills who is angry and doesn’t like her job or her customers. Please don’t go here I’m saving you the troubles from this post. Thank you.

  Went in to do an exchange on some speakers I bought at a different location and had some trouble with the pin pad acting up, the employee was very patient and composed throughout the situation. The selection of parts is smaller than most other stores but the convenience of not driving another 10 minutes away makes up for that fact, especially since you can have them order the part you need to their store and pick it up there.

  Love AutoZone if they don't have it they can order it to get it at a reasonable price

  I don't understand why this store is still open. after waiting mine for 10 minutes thinking that there was only one person working in the store, two more people came up when she called back one of them being the manager, Shannon. After going to pull the part that I requested, Shannon then stopped to come up and help the clerk again leaving me still standing there waiting for my part while they… I don't know what. I feel bad for the clerks that has to work for this incompetent manager
