When I called to pay for them and so I could have somebody pick them up for me the lady was rude, talking to somebody else while I was talking, told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and transferred me. Upon transfer I got the guy that I had talked to earlier. He hadn’t pulled the parts, acted like I was unconvincing him and told me to call another store. (I called Broadway and got Amazing Dalton!) I had to call them back later because they were the only store that had 1 of the parts I needed. Again I got a lady. She was rude, super unhelpful, again I was inconveniencing her! And when my person got there to pick them up they were super rude with her too! And I was so excited when this hub opened, and everyone was so so nice and helpful in the beginning… now I’d rather go to south Broadway!!
