  I love Auto ZONE! Its my go to for all of my auto needs. And the manager Tony Pike is so patient. He was extremely helpful/ patient, when I was panicking. The customer service is excellent. They have my seal of approval. Stars 🌟

  On 12/08/26, 9:21am, went to the Rock road store to buy some wiper blades for my Grand Highlander, of course, just like about every Autozone I have been in, the associates just stare at you, offer no help. The reference book was outdated, so I had to stand the counter for a bit before a associate finally decided I might need help, she struggled finding the size I needed. Found the blades, of course now I have to wait to be checked out, I am the only customer in the store. The female associate had me check out at the self check, walked away when I started doing their job. No hello walking in, no can "I help you", and no thank you. The blades didn't fit. I am so done with Autozone, thankfully Wichita has other options that are not a major chain.
