Needing scarce parts for a 1998 Acura CL 3.0 HVAC he was incredible. Tony was very patient, knowledgeable, tenacious and professional. He explained to my understanding why we need these parts. He spent nearly a hour probing while simultaneously helping other’s check out. Unfortunately, he was able to find only one part. I can assure you, If the other one is out there, he would have found it. Tony did an excellent job and should be recognized for his customer service efforts. I trust these comments will find their way to both him and Tony’s supervisor. He’s very good at what does, and an asset to your company. Thank you for asking.

- DSDan StuberOct 28, 20255.0I needed windshield wiper blades I just inherited from my sister-in-law, who just died in Phoenix. A little Dodge Dakota, I had never had one, and don't know thing one about them. Went to the AutoZone on North Rock road and the young guy behind the counter found the blades I needed, the least expensive brand, since he knew I was not going to keep it long. But then the amazing thing happened, he told the other person in the store he'll be right back, and he went out into the parking lot and installed them for me! Never going to another auto parts store, ever!
