The person, and another person they referred to, knew nothing of the proper wiper blade for my vehicle or how to install it... They were trying to force the adapters on with brute force and I said no no no it should go on easy, you shouldn't have to smack it on there. Finally found an O.G. that was able to put them on. The OG was showing me how to do it. I said you better show those other employees

I've never had a bad experience here. (Today specifically I needed a new brake light and windshield wipers and Liam helped me with both, recommending wipers that didn't break the bank, and helping me install the wipers—I struggle a bit to reach them—and the brake light since I don't have the right tools at home.) I really can't recommend this AutoZone enough.
