He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He ran my codes and identified that I needed an O2 sensor, spark plugs, and wires. What stood out was that he didn’t just sell me parts; he explained exactly what was wrong and walked me through how to fix it myself. He sold me everything I needed, including a great little flashlight. I went back two weeks later for wiper blades and asked for him, only to find out he had been let go. It blows my mind that AutoZone would let go of such an amazing employee. Because of this, O'Reilly's and Advance Auto will be getting my business from now on.

Kendall volunteered to assist without hesitation. He informed battery was not good and he noticed how loose the clamps were. He stated even if I couldn't afford battery today to buy new clamps. He was very informative, courtious, didn't make me feel rushed, and help make the situation a bit easier. Thanks Kendall, I really appreciate you!! He's an asset that I hope Auto Zone keeps for a long time coming. 😃
