Kendall volunteered to assist without hesitation. He informed battery was not good and he noticed how loose the clamps were. He stated even if I couldn't afford battery today to buy new clamps. He was very informative, courtious, didn't make me feel rushed, and help make the situation a bit easier. Thanks Kendall, I really appreciate you!! - AOAmber OzbunNov 26, 20255.0We originally bought brake pads thinking we didn't need rotors but after we got home and took tire off the rear rotors were metal on metal. So we had to go back and get rotors. Then realized today we needed the front done. We didn't know they was having a deal if you buy 2 rotors you get brake pads free. My boyfriend Daniel asked if they could somehow still honor that and they helped us out with yesterday's purchase and today's. A huge thanks to Manager Joseph and David for all your help.
