It was a complicated process to return the parts since I ordered a kit instead of individual parts. They couldn’t find my order, even though I had opened an account when I ordered the kit. The 5 starts isn’t for AutoZone so much as the worker that helped my dad figure out the issue. Honestly, I was frustrated. I put in my VIN number on the website when looking up what parts to order, and I still ended up with the wrong parts. Alicia Herrick helped my dad. She was super patient and helpful in getting the refund issued and was able to, with a lot of hard work, find my purchase. Thank you Alicia for saving the day and helping us find the right parts!
