  I went to get a part to repair something I was pretty sure I could do on my own. After I left the store, De came running out and asked me if I wanted him to put it on for me! He said it would take just a minute. Turns out the part was the incorrect part, but we went back inside and ordered the right parts. As he promised, I got a call when the part came in. He did put it on for me. It took him less than 2 minutes to put this on for me. While it did take me more research and time than taking it to a shop, it saved me over $200! I will definitely be checking with this AutoZone first before making costly repair decisions in the future. De is the epitome of what good customer service looks like! I am telling others and going back myself! GREAT JOB!!!

  We shop at this AutoZone because we like the attitude reflected there. This is our first time to meet most of the ones that were there. I believe that Joey is the manager and he did an excellent job of caring for us as customers. We had a problem with a rotten battery terminal. Joey and his team stuck with it until it was working for us. They kept good communication while waiting to find a part to fix it. Everyone we dealt with seem to be very polite and certainly made a good showing for the AutoZone company. It's too bad that more people don't manifest the consider it care that this team did. Jesus said 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you'. 'That kindly attitude was reflected in the way they helped us. In my personal opinion if there was a six rating I would give it to them. Thank you for making this team available. Jerry

  I came in on December 11 at 730 am with a check engine light and it turned out my car was a MESS because of a mouse nest living in my engine and everyone there was beyond helpful and kind and KNOWLEDGABLE. Obviously I am an oblivious person but they fixed me right up and saved me hundreds of dollars and a trip to a mechanic. I will not go to another auto parts store as long as I am in Wichita. Love and appreciate.
