He did not say hi at all and he just snatched the receipt from him and did not say a word. That man just projected a cold rude air towards him. I don't know what was wrong that day. Maybe he had a bad day or something. I just don't think people like that should be working customer service if they aren't going to talk to customers at all and on top of that, snatch the receipt ever so rudely out of the person's hands. That's not what you do to customers even if you had a bad day, keep it to yourself and don't project your anger towards the customers.
