We went in for replacement of the transmission and found this other work needed to be done. I'm so grateful for the thouroghness of the care taken for the work being done. The service is top notch and professional. The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and will advise customers on work that is often overlooked by other shops. Unfortunately they couldn’t complete my inspection due to the state of my car. They were very honest and upfront, didn’t charge me for this inspection since they couldn’t complete it, did send me pictures and comments that were made so I could see for myself/send to someone else if I wanted another opinion, and even recommended me trusted car dealerships near by. The staff was so kind and caring through everything. I truly was treated like family and I know I will be back in the future with my new car knowing I’m in good hands. I love that it’s also a family owned business too. I 1000% would recommend to everyone!
