I had gone to O’Rilley and the checked my battery and said it was fine. Couple days later I had to call AAA to deal with my dead battery - luckily my car was in my garage. They tested battery and said had a bad cell. 6 year old original Subaru battery. I’ll use Advanced Auto Parts from now on.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
