  Fast but genuine service. This time I just needed a lock socket for a spare tire. Walked in, explained the situation. They came out to the Jeep assessed the situation and within a couple minutes I was on my way. I'll be buying my next set of tires here.

  Everyone was very kind and Aaron did a great job of explaining what my car needed as well as showing me. The previous place did not do what they were supposed to, it was quickly spotted and corrected. They did a phenomenal job making sure that I was taken care of and satisfied with my service!

  i NEEDED new tires all the way around, an oil change and engine filter replaced so I showed up right as they opened (without an appointment). My specific tires were not in stock this morning but said they would be able to have them there about the time the oil change & engine filter replacement would be done. Sure enough, they weren’t lying. In the couple hours I was there, It was more than noticeable that their team members genuinely care about ALL their customers. Highly recommended shop. Thanks again, Bosley’s!

  Best customer service from the minute I walked in. Attentive, communicative, respectful, professional and kind. I will ALWAYS use Bosleys now. Be sure and ask for Aaron for the best customer service EVER! They worked with me to fix exactly what was needed and didn't try hard selling me into unnecessary expensive repairs. How utterly refreshing in this day and age! Honest and expert auto repair!

  Took my new bmw in for alignment, as I’m setting outside smoking the big guy that drives your car back with tattoos kinda heavy set white guy gets in my car backs up and takes off like a rocket in front of all the shop doors and had to slam on the breaks and back up because he passed the stall he was meant to go in, so I go inside and ask who is the dude that is driving my car like that and the manager says I will go get your car for you, so I’m standing there waiting and the lady in the back that takes phone calls is just laughing about it like it’s funny, glad you think it’s funny that your workers drive other peoples cars that they work hard for like idiots!! So he finally drives my car back up front walks in and hands me my keys no apology No, I’m sorry nothing, So I look at all the other customers and say you might want to take y’all’s car somewhere else and the manager says leave and don’t come back. I go outside to get in my car and he and another guy follows me out a Mexican guy and the Mexican guy says he wasn’t driving your car like that I was riding in the car with him…. Like dude I was standing right out front smoking a cigarette when he took my car, so not only is the manager unprofessional, no apology no nothing but his employees are also liars and are extremely unprofessional!!! I apology would’ve been nice, but they didn’t care the lady in the back, sitting there laughing about the whole situation and then allowing his employees to lie to customers about what happened when I was standing right outside 🤷‍♂️ will not be taking my business there ever again and sad part is I have taken a lot of my vehicles there.
