  I came in for a tire patch. 55 minutes later and a list of things that were wrong with my car that weren’t asked to be done. After I noticed they took two of my tires off and were continuing to take off the rest. I was late for an appointment because of something that would have taken 15 min at Harrolds. I was trying to make my daughter comfortable going to take care of her vehicle alone but neither one of us will be back here. If I were her father this would not happen. I have 4 girls all driving do you think I don’t know what it takes to patch a hole in the tire? Lol. Terrible service and experience overall. Zero stars if possible.

  Larry the sevice manager worked with me late on a Saturday to.put a new tire pressure sensor in a tire for me. We were traveling and the guys are great.

  They left my mom's lugnuts untightened twice on two different occasions. She could have died. Do not trust this place. If you or your loved ones need any work done, do not come here You'll be risking your lives. She only noticed when the lugnuts broke off of her car and it started driving funny. If she kept driving she could have lost a wheel and gotten killed in a serious accident.

  A wheel stud was broken off while they were rotating my tires. I am told that I have to pay them to repair that. While rusting could be an issue with normal wear and tear, a reliable shop owns the mistake, communicates clearly, and fixes it properly. An unreliable shop gets defensive, evasive, or tries to charge you. and that's exactly what happened to me. They guy got defensive right away, saying I was calling him a liar, etc. I've been doing business with these people for years, and their service gets worse each time. The past several times I've taken my car in for routine maintenance, they try to tell me my car needs the same high milage maintenance things that they've already done. I'm done with this place. Calling corporate.

  I had a spectacular experience with this location. I had work done at a Goodyear in KC that was done wrong and had to come to the location to correct everything. Not only did Lynn and the guys fix everything but explained what they did and sent me on my way with no cost to me. While the Goodyear in South KC was a disaster, this one is one that I would highly recommend. Excellent service and courtesy!!
