  They did change my oil and did so quickly, and I've always gotten good service here in the past. This time though they did not measure my tire pressure, which makes me less certain that they actually performed any of the other parts of the "18 point maintenance check". Due to a drop in temperature this morning, only one of my four tires was above 30 psi. My check tire pressure light was on before getting my oil changed and was still on after, so I checked and filled my tires at my house afterward. My receipt says my tires were checked though and measured as 34 psi.

  My elderly female neighbor brought her Dodge here for an oil change, while she was here they told her she had a tail light out... they gave her a price to replace it and said they would do so, then they never replaced the tail light bulb and when she called back they told her all the screws were stripped out that hold the tail light assy in place so they couldnt get it out. They said she would need to take it to a shop that could deal with that, or, she could bring it back at another time, but the cost to replace the bulb would be doubled because of the stripped screws. They also told her that she needed a brand new battery because hers was weak. When she got done talking to them, she called me. I went over and looked at her vehicle and the tail light assy isnt even held in with screws, its held in place by 2 plastic push-pins...so they lied to her 100%. I replaced the bad bulb in under 5 minutes for about $5. I also popped the hood to look at the "weak" battery and found that the oil cap was laying on top of the engine and NOT screwed back in place like it should have been. Luckily she had only driven it about 5 miles or this coulda been a very bad and messy ordeal. Then i looked at the battery and it had easily visible corrosion on the positive terminal which was causing the weak turn over and slow charging. I cleaned the terminals in less than 10 minutes, started the vehicle and let it run for a bit and it started perfectly all day and even started perfect the next morning after sitting over night in 25-30 degree temps. You need to hire competent mechanics and stop lying to older customers. Also, the lack of mechanical ability cost you money, you could've easily made money changing the tail light bulb and made money cleaning the terminals.... but instead, you lied to a costumer and let money walk out the door.

  I've gone to dealerships, local mechanics but not any longer! It was an amazing experience, from the minute I pulled in, up until I left. Everyone was very courteous, they all ran super efficiently, I mentioned jokingly that it was like watching a surgical room in motion! The best part was not having to get out of my car and wait for hours, I will definitely be back! Please let Philip and James who took care of me, know that they are doing a fantastic job!
