Just recently visited them for a routine oil change and learned from the tech that my oil plug had been stripped. They replaced the plug for free because they stripped it from the previous oil change back in July. I noticed big oil stains in my drive way so I looked under the truck and a I had a big oil leak. Took it back and the manager informed me that the tech didn’t put the gasket on the plug which was why it was leaking everywhere. Now I’m skeptical to return because I don’t feel comfortable knowing it could happen again and not my job to make sure the work is done correctly.
