Friendly staff and they do good work. Waiting room is clean but small. Not in the greatest part of town and not close to anything. But if you have to wait there for your repair it’s not bad. Their communication up front and after is excellent so I knew ahead of time what my wait would be and instructions were clearly communicated.

I had a small chip filled and within two weeks, it cracked from being filled. Took it back under warranty, but had to pay the difference for a brand-new windshield. Many months later, the top rubber seal came out. Took it back under warranty. Instead of installing a new seal, the same rubber was just re-glued. I was told that if it happens again, they will use a different type of glue. WHAT! You can see that the rubber seal is wavy and it doesn't even extend all the way to the end of the windshield. When I asked and questioned about it, I was told that was the way it came. Yes, it is still under warranty, but if I got back it will be my fourth trip in less than five months. When does this stop. The detail to service is very lacking. They passed along the impression that they didn't care much about my situation, even though they were at fault.

Safelite is a great option to get your windshield replaced. The added convenience of them coming to you is appreciated. Although, they don’t come to my hometown, they do come to the town I work in. I had my truck’s windshield replaced and had to have the calibration done. It cost darn near as much to calibrate as it did to replace the windshield. Safelite does not give you the option to have it calibrated elsewhere. In a nearby town, they would have calibrated it for $200 and Safelite charges $500+. My experience was no contact. I placed and paid for the windshield online. The guy coming to replace it called me that morning to let me know he was on his way and about an hour away. I left the keys in it and unlocked. He called to verify which vehicle was ours. Then called again when he was finished. He was very nice and professional. I will probably have Safelite replace future windshields. I just wish they could come down on the price to calibrate the vehicles. The convenience is the main reason why I decided to go with Safelite.

Always quick and so easy. Our technician, Daniel, was thorough and did a great job. He even made us aware of another unrelated issue that he noticed, talked to us about it, and gave some recommendations. It was something he could have not mentioned but so thankful he did. Overall just a great and easy experience. Will use Safelite Everytime.
