But if you have to wait there for your repair it’s not bad. Their communication up front and after is excellent so I knew ahead of time what my wait would be and instructions were clearly communicated.

Many months later, the top rubber seal came out. Took it back under warranty. Instead of installing a new seal, the same rubber was just re-glued. I was told that if it happens again, they will use a different type of glue. WHAT! You can see that the rubber seal is wavy and it doesn't even extend all the way to the end of the windshield. When I asked and questioned about it, I was told that was the way it came. Yes, it is still under warranty, but if I got back it will be my fourth trip in less than five months. When does this stop. The detail to service is very lacking. They passed along the impression that they didn't care much about my situation, even though they were at fault.
