    Reserved an all-wheel-drive vehicle months before our vacation; we even called several times, to confirm they would have one. Enterprise called the day before we left to let us know they “weren’t sure if they’d have one available” Avis was able to get us in one with less than a days notice and it ended up being less $ than Enterprise was going to be. Terrible customer service. They could not have cared less of the emergency this created for us. Save yourself the headache- just go to Avis.
