  Car not ready when it was scheduled to pick up. After picking, found low tire pressure so went back. Also smoke smell. Levi at store filled air and freshener in car. Still bad smell of smoke. Driver seat not adjustable in jeep. Nearby driver on the road notified me that tail lights not working. Had very rough drive for 4 days. Levi and Josh not contactable in the store on Westport drive, Topeka, ks.

  Insurance paid for our rental. Very friendly staff, nice vehicle that we were upgraded to for free. The pickup and drop off were hassle free.

  We rented a mid size SUV from the Westport office in Topeka. Although the vehicle was not immediately available when we arrived, the SUV was returned by another customer while we were there and we were able to get on our way. The agent was apologetic for the delay and gave us a 10% discount and upgrade for the next time we rent a vehicle. The return of the SUV was very fast and efficient. We will definitely rent from Enterprise again.

  I would recommend this Enterprise with its excellent customer service, friendly staff, and very clean facility. Cole helped us out today. We are drivers and deliver vehicles all over the USA. With that being said we have rented one way vehicles from multiple companies. Enterprise West Topeka, KS by far is the best experience that we have ever had. Big shout out and even bigger Thank you to Cole.
