The entire time she was on the phone with tech support - she welcomed customers into the store and helped other customers and employees. She was extremely friendly, courteous, and understanding and went the extra mile under very difficult circumstances to try and assist everyone involved. "K" kept a smile on my face throughout by keeping me in the loop and - even though autozone was ultimately unable to assist me with the gift card - they/SHE earned my cash purchase and my loyalty and gratitude. Thank You "K"!
