Well as I was paying for & paid for the part to be ordered the clerk said, okay it will be here in 2 weeks. WHAT?? That's not what you said, Any way make a long story short, I found another Auto parts store that could have the same part ordered on Monday. As I went back to canceled the placed paid order they said that they weren't going to give me back the shipping fee of $9.99. I told them, but it was only minutes ago that I placed the order so it hasn't been shipped and it wouldn't be shipped if you just cancel the order now! I will not be shopping here!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
