  I will never return to this detailer. I took my car to get my seats shampooed, and when I removed the plastic a couple hours later, I found a cigarette burn on my seat. The company refuses to take responsibility for it will not refund my money nor will they give me their liability insurance to fix the damage. I had bought the car a few days prior so this is a new car to me and they will do nothing to fix it. They claim that no one smokes and refuse to take any responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. The manager Mark has no customer service skills and insisted when I called that it wasnt their fault and did not care to look into it further. I had to push to have the car even looked at. His manager Shelby was no more help than he was, still insistent that its not their fault and will do nothing to fix the damage. Lastly, my backseats are still stained from the terrible job they did shampooing the car. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

  I love Eagle Auto Wash. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They did a great job vacuuming out my car. Ricky did a wonderful job drying my van, washing the windows inside and out, and taking care of me in general as a customer.

  I called to schedule a car detailing appointment. Their website said it was 165 dollars. I was then shocked to know it was 330 dollars! They took my 20 dollars deposit and won’t return it. This is so frustrating. Bad bad service and their car cleaning sucks!
