  Just had Patrick with Safelite Auto Glass replace my windshield and he did an amazing job. He pointed out some issues that another company missed when I had the windshield replaced 4 years ago and was able to fix. Very professional, well spoken, cleaned up any old debris from the removal, and kept me updated while I was at work.

  The website had weird options for my rear window and I apparently choose the wrong one. The tech came out to the house and informed me that my window type must be done on site at a Safelite. OK so far. The tech had the office call me to set an appointment at my nearest shop. I took my truck to drop it off and was told they didn't have the glass for my car, because the person who made my appointment failed to change the window type. Now I was told to bring it back after the weekend. On Monday I dropped off the car to be fixed and was told they would call when it was ready and cars must be picked up by 5pm. Noone had called my by 4pm so I tried to find the local shop number to find out if my truck was going to be finished. I found the number after about 10 minutes of searching, called and got sent directly to the 800 number recording. Finally, after making contact with the head office who said my car would be ready in 15-20 minutes. THEN 15 minutes later my shop called to tell me my car would be ready in a half hour or so. It was literally one headache after another. In the future I may look elsewhere for auto glass replacement. Good luck to others.

  Horrible experience and threatened to be sent to collections by the technician for refusing to sign the paperwork and pay the deductible because they did not complete the work due to limitations they were unaware of. Will never use them again, even if I have to pay more out of pocket. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
