  Went through the car wash on 2/2 and went straight home after. I work from home and had not gone anywhere, and I have no trees or anything surrounding my driveway that would or could have fallen onto my car. I noticed horrible scratches on the hood of my car and reported it to Zips immediately and filed a damage claim the next morning. The claim was denied. The response was that the scratches were “inconsistent with damage from their equipment”. I KNOW the damage was from their car wash. The day I went in to file the claim, the car wash was closed for “maintenance”. You can see from the photos that this was from improper maintenance of their equipment, and the damages are consistent on both sides of the hood, both headlights, and the cross-cross scratches in the center are all in a pattern consistent with their criss-cross fabrics that go across the top of the car. I’ve only had my car since May, so I’m very upset about it. I took my car into a similar car wash location to get the manager’s opinion and she agreed it was consistent with improper maintenance of the car wash equipment and that if this was reported to their location, she would escalate the claim. I’ve contacted my attorney who is now handling this case.

  They are charging to much for them not to have there drier working they haven’t fixed it for the past two months

  Zero water pressure (self clean bays). Tried twice, using credit card. Moved to another bay and was waiting in line and noticed guy cleaning his truck was also having water pressure problems. Then, I noticed 2-3 bays were closed (and now so was the one I tried to use). I turned around and left. I won't be back! When this was Olympic Car Wash it was the best! I will never be back. You can tell the new owners don't care half as much as Olympic did

  maybe the worst car wash in kansas, it is the worst car wash I have ever been to anywhere. Low pressure, spray handles dont work spray more on you then the car. most bays are broken. employees cant help with problems, they tell you to call a national line. its a ran down eye sore that doesn't seem like it would meet city codes. national number is as bad as the location. Awful place and service. I would stay away.
