I happened to show up on a very busy day and they were on top of shuffling cars when needed to make sure everyone got in, mostly in the order they showed up. People could decline if they didn't want to move and let other go ahead but the employees were definitely on top of it.

When we pulled up we were the only two vehicles; they acted rushed about everything, had one guy running around not knowing what to do. They kept pushing me out the bay when I had questions and just being really rude. I brought two vehicles in. I own 4 and have a small business as a transport provider. This location I stopped going to because the old manager was horrible rude. It was good again for a few months and now its back to the way it was. The last two visits to this locale have had bad experiences/un trained employees and what seems like a ship with no captain. For someone bringing in 4 vehicles 3-4 times a month i expect better service. Guess ill be going back to mission till shawnee get there act together. Again.
