- DDDustin DenneyFeb 20, 20261.0Went here because it's were my insurance wanted me to go. 1st time I took my truck there they got the wrong glass so I rescheduled. 2nd time I ventured to their shop they got the wrong glass...again, so I rescheduled and had them come to my house. 3rd time they came out to my house and...wait for it...they got the wrong glass for the 3rd time. I was told that they could not get the right glass and that I would have to get ahold of my insurance to have them approve the purchase of OEM glass. Went through all of those hoops, got it approved and scheduled another visit to my house to finally get it replaced. 4th times a charm, right? Right??? I took off of work, snuggled up to my PC for a long day of waiting for them to show, but was excited to finally put this monster to bed. Welp, never showed up. Yeah...never called, texted, nothing. Just never showed up. So going on month number 2 of having a huge crack throughout my windshield and now finding a different shop. Avoid at ALL costs!!!
