He said there was only two of them working so he couldn't be bothered to change the soap until a third person showed up. Meanwhile he's standing behind the registers eating food. Zero sense of accountability. Never coming back to this location. 0/5 stars.

You replace something as simple as ice tea dispensers with a complicated machine that no associate knows how to work I wound up buying bottles of ice tea and was charged more than double what I needed to pay. QT STOP over complicating the buying process. You're getting rediculce.

I could not have been more unhappy walking in to this location if I’d stubbed my toe on the curb and fallen face first into a pile of dog poop. I specifically detoured my route to stop here to get a drink, only to find this heinous dilute soda dispenser had been installed. Crossing this location off my list of QTs I will ever set foot in again. 0/5, do not recommend.
