  They stole a $50 oil drain plug from me. I went in for my last oil change as I didn't have time to do it myself at the time. At the time I had a pricey fumoto oil drain plug that has a valve on it for easier oil changes. Their tech either stole it or broke it and said absolutely nothing to me about it probably assuming I was too ignorant to know. Either way, incredibly dishonest people.

  Pulled up no cars in line within a minutes the lady was out there helping me, got my truck in, explained everything and was transparent, done and out in less than 30 min. Insane, great experience. Never going back to the dealer jiffy lube it is.

  I appreciate how fast I am able to get in and out for an oil change! And being able to get my tire pressure checked and air in the winter cold is invaluable!

  Excellent service at 8 am on a Wednesday. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The team was friendly, efficient, and knowledgable, worked together well to get the job done. Got a new air filter, but no pressure to buy other things I didn't need. This is absolutely my new go-to for oil changes.

  After my wife went here for an oil change, i was driving the car later that day, and the lower engine splash shield became detached on the front and both sides 1 mile from my house, and upon getting up to 50 mph. It was only attached along the back now, and the air flow was causing it to bounce repeatedly and violently, up and down from the pavement, and back up to the car. I had to limp it 20 mph, with my emergency flashers on, back to this shop to get it fixed. The supervisor, Jose tried to tell me that "3 screws came loose". I told him "that's impossible, because it has 13 screws attaching it, and it came detached on 3 sides", and "they don't just come loose, because they screw into plastic nuts". So then he changed his statement to "3 screws were MISSING". I told him "that's still impossible because it has 13 screws attaching it", and that "it had to have a lot more than 3 screws missing". (there are 9 screws attaching the front and sides) I used to change the oil on all of my vehicles myself, and i also replaced this splash shield and all of the hardware in March 2023, at a cost of $55 for the shield, and $22 for the hardware, because it was damaged when we bought the car. So i know what i'm talking about. I made Jose aware of this. Jose WRONGLY assumed i didn't know anything. My wife said they weren't even busy and got her right in and out, so there wasn't even any reason to be in a hurry, and not replace all of the hardware. Jose was also under my car a lot longer than needed just to replace some missing screws, so i was sure that i was going to find the shield still had issues, but wasn't told that by Jose. Upon looking at it at home, i found that he did the BARE MINIMUM to replace the shield, and it STILL had 5 missing screws, and several of the clip-on plastic nuts were also missing I expected to be offered SOMETHING from them for this fiasco, but got nothing. When i asked the female there about not being offered anything, she said "i apologized for it". But no apology from supervisor Jose. Oil changes are what you do every day! This should NEVER happen to anyone! Are they using the correct synthetic oil i ask for, and the correct amount? Are they even completely draining the oil? I HIGHLY DOUBT IT. They proved to me they can't be trusted to do an extremely simple job, then lied to me about it, and i'll be changing my own oil again from here on.
