  These guys deserve a five star rating!!! I don't know why the Google rating is reflecting lower right now but they deserve 5 STARS! Maybe they had some issues in the past but with the managers they have now Mike and assistant operations manager Nick they are very transparent and care about educating their customers and helping them find the best product! About three months ago, I got an unfortunate flat tire from running over something on the highway and needed to get some tires on quick to get back to my busy lifestyle as a Mom of five kiddos driving them to all their activities. Unfortunately, the place I normally go to and feel comfortable with was booked solid. So I decided to try this place as they happened to have an opening that very day and were close by. Honestly I was skeptical and felt very nervous seeing that their ratings werent so good and they appeared pretty available for a Saturday but since I like using Goodyear in general I decided I guess I would give them a try. Not only did the manager Mike take time to educate me on the different tires, and help me understand why it was best in the long run to replace all four tires since I have a four wheel drive vehicle which he was correct in telling me, but also he calmed my nerves by allowing me to see the inventory of their tires and teaching me what ones were best used for different scenarios. I could feel of his sincerity and passion for tires and helping people choose the best ones for their situation. He told me which ones he has which ones his wife uses and why and so on and so forth. In essence I felt like he was teaching me like he would a neighbor or colleague he cared about not just selling me something and getting his paycut from it which I know what feels like as well. Instead he really made an effort to calm my worked up and anxious personna just in an effort to educate me and was super patient with me whether I decided to buy the tires there or not. I did end up buying the tires there and they have been great. He not only gave me a discount and helped me choose the best mid grade tires in my price range but also a free oil change for next time I visited- maybe because he felt sorry for me and could tell I was really worked up about it? I don't know but I appreciated it but wasn't totally onboard since I still like my other place I go to. Well, today I decided to go back because what the heck they said it was free I did need an oil change. I also had an emissions light that came on in my car recently that I needed to get checked as well unfortunately. Again, I felt nervous as I sort of hate getting my car worked on to be honest- ha, who doesn't? Anyway, this time manager Nick was the one who was on duty. They ran the diagnostic test which they do for free as part of the oil change and discovered my brake pads and rotors were low in the front of my car. They again didn't just tell me the info but Nick took me back to my car and showed me exactly what was going on, on my actual vehicle. Since my husband is pretty handy at changing these out, I thanked him and opted to just get the oil change which I didn't tell them would be free until the end when I was going to pull out my free oil change card from my previous visit. I didn't want them to do a potential half job if they knew it was free. Sadly the world we live in makes us freaked out and always watch our own backs or maybe it's just me but that is where I was coming from. But, surprisingly again they were very gracious with my request, they accommodated the free oil change smoothly and sent me on my way. Since I was there for the duration of the hour I also got to see first hand how they treated other customers and was impressed with that as well. Good place! I just wanted to give them a positive shout out!!

  Great customer service! Honest and upfront which is all you can ask for as a customer. I will be taking all 3 of my vehicles back to them

  Schedule a transmission flush on January 13, 2025 showed up for my appointment on January 14 at 1 PM as scheduled was asked if I was staying or dropping off. I said I was scheduled for 1 PM and I’ll be staying with the vehicle, the manager then said they do not do transmission flushes on 2017 Chevy Silverado after 150,000 miles Goodyear policy. Then I proceeded to call my best friend that is a store manager of a Goodyear in Waterloo Iowa and asked him if this is true and correct he literally started laughing and said evidently he didn’t want to work that bad So choose wisely where you go you may schedule something and then be turned down just because he doesn’t have the time or may not want to do the job
