  I had a fantastic experience at Goodyear here in Kansas City! I stopped in for a new set of tires, and Mike made the entire process simple and stress-free. He took the time to explain my options and helped me choose the best tires for my driving needs. The installation was quick, and my car drives smoother than ever! It’s not often you find such friendly and knowledgeable staff who really care about their customers. Thanks to Mike, I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase.   I recently brought my car into Goodyear in Shawnee for a brake job, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Griffin and the rest of the mechanic team were fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what needed to be done without any pressure. The work was completed quickly and done right — my brakes feel better than ever, and I left knowing my car was in great hands. It’s so refreshing to find a team that’s honest, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers. Huge thanks to Griffin and the Goodyear mechanics for the outstanding service! I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance.

  I can’t say enough great things about Griffin and Mike!!! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. They took the time to explain everything clearly, provided honest recommendations (no upselling!), and made sure my car was running perfectly before I left. The work they did was top-notch — my car drives smoother than it has in years!! Prices were very fair for the quality of service, and I really appreciated the transparency throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with such great customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to all my friends and family.   Would not recommend this place to anybody. Took my car in because I had a squeaking or a creaking noise in the front. Told me they couldn't figure out what exactly the noise is from but talk to me in to getting struts in the front because he told me it was his professional opinion that that "MIGHT"be the cause of the noise. But he wasn't for sure. Then in the notes they wrote "upon repairs technician noticed sway bar link brushing making noise". Charged me $180 to have my car checked for them to leave that in the notes for something that they could have found if they actually checked. And if that's the case they should have called me and let me know and stopped what they were doing and fix that cuz that's what I took it in there for in the first place. Told me I get $100 off. Didn't do that. Asked to rotate my tires. Didn't do that. Told me they were going to check all my fluids and everything. Didn't do that. So I'm charged $180 for things they didn't even check.
